Because of internet limitations we understand that it may be difficult for you to determine the final product. We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return the item for any reason as long as it has not been changed or modified. Refund, excluding shipping, will be made within 14 days after item is received.

1. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
2. All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. Call for return authorization.
3. Should your item be not as expected, you may return the item(s)at your own expense.
4. A full refund minus shipping cost will be given for the return. Refund will be given same as payment.

Orders are processed and shipped by the selected shipping method withing 24 to 48 hours.  Orders containing products that have to be processed, such as adding matting or framing, may take additional time.
